Dedicated team
       In this model, the customer engages a dedicated Falcon Trading team for a period of time, who acts as the virtual extension of the customer’s onsite team.
       Falcon Trading will ensure dedicated resources and infrastructure on its premises as agreed with the nearshore / offshore partner. The client will take over project management and project risks.
       For already existing products, like it is Microsoft Dynamics AX, the dedicated teams have proven to have integrated into the environment of the client easier, and have sometimes created an opportunity for our clients to truly devote to specifications.

Time & Material
       Time & Material business model is developed for long-term projects, where the total effort cannot be estimated in advance and the scope of work can vary during the implementation.
       The long cycle of communication and documentation required with fixed-bids and change orders can be avoided in this model where Falcon Trading assigns a team to the customer and the actual time spent by the team on the project is billed.

Fixed Budget
       For projects with available detailed specification we can offer Fixed Budget Business Model with fixed cost and delivery date.

Since almost every particular project requires an individual approach and it is rather difficult to work out a detailed plan with fixed cost and deadline, we recommend a Dedicated Team or Time & Material Business Model.

No matter what business model is chosen, the Falcon Trading Team manager will control the proper completion of development tasks.

Alone or together with the development team members, they will ensure effective constant communications with the client using e-mail, instant messengers (MSN,Yahoo), Skype voice service and telephone connection.
